SOLUTE’s staff is classified into two different profiles: senior engineers and junior engineers. The senior technicians have an extent professional background achieved while working in the engineering departments of leading companies throughout many sectors. Senior engineers, lead work teams with junior engineers, selected with a profile that combines an outstanding academic record, a strong motivation for technological development and a keen interest in lifelong learning and dynamic skills for project management. The junior engineers are trained from the start at SOLUTE.

SOLUTE Ingenieros is reinforced by a network of external partners especially selected  for their  broad experience and deep knowledge in various subject areas. These partners collaborate with SOLUTE, providing support in the form of conceptual solutions, directly supporting our engineering teams and providing specific training in order to successfully reach the project’s scope.
